SGLang Summit 2026 — Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees at SGLang Summit 2026 (the "Event") hosted by LMSYS Corp. ("LMSYS Org," "we," or "us") and sets out the standards of behavior we expect everyone to uphold at the Event.

By attending the SGLang Summit, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Our Standards

We expect all attendees to:

• Treat others with respect. Be courteous and considerate toward all attendees, staff, and speakers, regardless of background, identity, or opinion.
• Communicate professionally. Engage in constructive dialogue and avoid language or behavior that is offensive, intimidating, or disruptive.
• Respect personal space and property. Do not touch others without their consent and take care of the venue and its facilities.
• Follow organizer instructions. Comply with any reasonable directions given by LMSYS Org staff or event organizers.
• Act lawfully and safely. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times during the Event, and most importantly, stay safe.

Examples of Unacceptable Behavior

The following conduct, which is non-exhaustive, will not be tolerated at the Event:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or nationality.
• Verbal or physical abuse, threats, or aggressive behavior directed at any person.
• Unwanted physical contact or sexual harassment.
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with the Event program or the experience of other attendees.
• Possession or use of illegal substances or weapons on Event premises.
• Deliberate damage to the venue or any property belonging to LMSYS Org or any other attendee.

Reporting an Incident

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly to the LMSYS Org events team. You may do so by:

• Speaking directly to an event organizer or staff member; or
• Emailing contact@lmsys.org with a brief description of the incident.

All reports will be treated seriously and handled with discretion. LMSYS Org will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report.

Consequences

LMSYS Org reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation of this Code of Conduct, including:

• Issuing a formal warning to the individual concerned;
• Removing the individual from the Event without refund; and/or
• Referring the matter to the relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offense.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all Event venues, online platforms associated with the Event, and any related social events or activities organized by LMSYS Org in connection with the Event.
